1）原因
文件写入到文件系统失败
2）解决方法
保证文件系统有足够空间，如果没有请清除一些无用的文件，ruijie#rm filename；
如果还是无法解决，尝试格式化flash，ctrl层下重新进行tftp下载（注意备份好配置文件）
在ctrl 命令行，执行format 命令，格式化完成后管理板会重启，重启后，进ctrl 再次尝试tftp 下载。
